Dust CollectionHigh-efficiency pulse jet bag filters that clean filter media on-line with short bursts of compressed air — no production shutdowns, continuous 24/7 operation.
What is it
GPC's Pulse Jet Bag Filter is a unique type of air pollution control equipment used to remove particulate matter from industrial gases. It consists of a series of fabric bags / cartridges that capture particles as the gas flows through them.
Our Pulse Jet Bag Filters offer high efficiency in particulate removal, low operating costs, and versatile in handling various types of dust. They can handle large volumes of gas with minimal pressure drop and are suitable for high-temperature applications.
The cleaning principle of our pulse jet dust collector is based on short bursts of compressed air that dislodge dust from filter bags or cartridges while the system is still operating. At set intervals (time-based or pressure-based), a pulse valve opens briefly (usually 0.1–0.2 seconds). This releases a high-pressure burst of compressed air into a blowpipe above the filters. The air travels down through a venturi, creating a shockwave.
GPC Pulse Jet Bag Filters are widely used in industries such as cement, steel, pharmaceuticals, food processing, power generation, and many others where controlling air pollution and maintaining air quality standards is crucial.

Operating Principle
The cleaning principle is based on short bursts of compressed air that dislodge dust from filter bags or cartridges while the system stays fully on-line.
Applications
Pulse Jet Bag Filters are widely used wherever controlling particulate emissions and maintaining air quality standards is critical.
Preventative maintenance keeps your pulse jet system efficient, compliant and running at peak performance.
We assess airflow, pressure drop, dust characteristics and temperature conditions so your Pulse Jet system is correctly sized, properly calibrated, energy efficient and fully compliant with Australian environmental standards. Industrial dust systems fail when poorly engineered — we design them to perform.
